Reduce the call-out fee and walk away or
Source and install a replacement

Ugh, no! Waiting around is a) boring and b) not the best use of your time. Choose the most convenient slot and just keep an eye out for the blue and white van.
Providing top notch service is our priority. Sometimes it might take a bit longer to finish off a job to our high standard. We’ll give you a ring if Matt’s running a few minutes late.
